Monaco is one of our newest styles. We've designed it with our pre-cut templates in mind, so no A4 templates were created when we uploaded it. Some of our customers have expressed interest in an A4 version, so we've made the following templates.

What you see is what you get with this one, at the moment. We will upload a Thank You and Menu template in the near future, but it is unlikely we'll have time to do a How-To .pdf. That said, the custom-size version on the Monaco page has all the important info. Email us if you need any help.
